My wife and I each went to the Balay Spa during our stay in Vancouver and just loved the whole experience. We came out refreshed and rejuvenated. I was experiencing chronic leg pain when I went in, and was totally relieved of my pain by the time we left. We would recommend this spa to everyone. Respectful, professional and knowledgeable.

I had a wonderful experience. This visit yesterday was a gift for my birthday and I was so happy with my service. My masseuse was amazing and so attentive. She went above and beyond and made me feel so comfortable and taken care of. I highly recommend this place if you want a professional and relaxed environment, with the care and attention of a small business atmosphere.

My husband and I went for a couples massage. And my husband is extremely particular about the massages. He has back pain and he is very scared to get massages. But Balay spa was amazing for both of us. They heard our pain points and focused on them with the right technique. We are going to buy their packages and go there regularly. Highly recommend.

Called in on a whim for an impromptu massage day with my girlfriend. Got a deep tissue for 60min and a 60min relaxation for her. Met courteously at the door and welcomed to a very clean environment.
Arika, my masseuse was quite petite and I was prepared for disappointment. I was almost immediately blown away by her professionalism and satisfying technique within the first 10 seconds. Well - I have to say this is one of the best massages I have ever had and I have had a few. First of all, I was very overdue for a massage and had booked Spa Utopia for that day - looking forward to the massage and steam room. Spa utopia called my last minute that morning saying they had a issue and were closed - massage cancelled. So disappointed, I started to look on line for a substitute! I saw Balay Spa with good reviews and close to my place ( as it was snow days). I went there thinking - whatever give it a try.

Fantastic massage - honestly one of the better ones I've had in a long time! We stumbled on this place while on vacation in the Vancouver area & I'm so glad we did. Kind, professional staff and very affordable pricing. My mom & I had 60 minute relaxation massages and were so happy with them. Would definitely recommend!

I have been to many RMT masseuses before, and in my opinion, Donna tops them all. For a small frame, her fingers can get very deep in muscle tissue. She is always checking in to make sure the pressure is exactly how you need it. Donna has been a big part of my life for the last few years, and I have no intentions on changing that. Highly recommended.
