Nestled in the heart of North Vancouver, Ocean Wellness is currently home to 12 practitioners, as well as three receptionists, all of whom are passionate about making your experience with us a positive one. We believe in the importance of team work when it comes to improving and maintaining your health.
Kirstie graduated from a 3000 hour massage therapy program from the Utopia Academy and has been a Registered Massage Therapist, accredited by the College of Massage Therapy of British Columbia, since 2011.
Kirstie's almost 10 years of massage experience has allowed her to treat a variety of health issues including: sports injuries, car accident related injuries, tension headaches, pre- and post-natal, muscle tension, postural discomfort, chronic pain, as well as alleviating everyday stress with relaxation treatments.

Sierra has graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy (VCMT) where she has been trained in pregnancy massage, deep tissue massage, therapeutic exercises, joint mobilizations, and a variety of musculoskeletal as well as central and peripheral nerve injuries. She is devoted to maintaining a professional, welcoming, and positive atmosphere while providing massage treatments that will be beneficial to client's health and well-being.

Hugo provides direct billing for: Pacific Blue Cross, Great-West Life, Green Shield Canada, Manulife, Sunlife, and many more. Hugo graduated from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2018. He completed 3000 hours of classroom curriculum, which includes over 550 hours of clinical practice.
In her practice Yvonne offers massage therapy and Biodynamic Craniosacral therapy. Her intention is to listen to the needs of each person, and to facilitate the body's natural ability to heal itself. Her touch is both gentle and deep. Yvonne has had a successful massage therapy practice for over 30 years, first in Kelowna, then in North Vancouver.

I've been doing acupuncture with Yasmin for 1.5 years now and highly recommend her! As a newbie to acupuncture in October 2019, I was very nervous and didn't know what to expect. She made me feel at ease right at our first appointment and I've found our sessions so relaxing and impactful on my health. She's a great listener and has helped me so much. This review is specifically for Yasmin, the absolute best acupuncturist you can find. With her 16 years of experience with acupuncture, you know you can trust that you will receive individualized treatment that meet your needed. My massage therapy with Hugo has been very therapeutic. He is also personable, has emphathy, very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt very relaxed after each session. I came in with neck pain and lower back issues and his deep tissue massage made the difference. My stress and muscle tension is reduced, soft tissue injury and flexibility in my joints has improved.

I saw Isabel for acupuncture to help regulating my periods. Very quickly, I started to get more regular periods. I am terrified of needles but she helped put me at ease. Isabel also empowered me to get further testing and was the first one to suggest I had a fibroid. She was right, even my medical doctor did not catch it. Isabel is a god-send. My girlfriend and I have been going here for half a year now. My girlfriend a nurse and I have an office job. Before going to Hugo, we had shoulder and lower back pains. Going to Hugo for the past few months have been a great help to us and has definitely helped us relieved some pain. Hugo always evaluates you to get a better understanding of how you feel so he knows what to work on or how to help. Huge kudos to Hugo and I recommend everyone to give him a shot if they choose Ocean Wellness.

Elden has been helping me with repetitive strain injuries in my shoulder and I have to say he is so incredibly gifted in massage therapy! He is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about helping his patients. I always feel comfortable in his treatments, even when they are more intense, he keeps communicating with me so I never feel in too much pain. He has helped me so much!! I highly recommend! The infrared sauna is also amazing after a treatment!!

A very friendly and helpful clinic. Everyone here is amazing. Dr. Basra is so pleasant and very knowledgeable and great with kids! They have several massage therapists and all of them are fantastic, they definitely are the best I have seen. A very family friendly clinic and so accommodating. Highly recommend this clinic!!!

By far, the cheapest infrared sauna place in the city. And it's not even in Vancouver, but across the bridge and somewhere along Londsdale. The package goes for $60 for 6 sessions, or $15 each. There's lots of health benefits as to why infrared sauna is good for the body, period, so google that stuff and check out this place. I'm a fan!
