You pay your premium every year on renewal, so when it comes time to use your insurance it is our priority to ensure that you claim is handled quick, efficiently, and above all else, correctly. For all claims (other than auto) you can report it directly to our office during our business hours. Take reasonable steps to ensure no further loss to your property, without risking your safety.

So today I got an email from An agent at Smiths' Insurance, normally I would have ignored it but I was thinking about tenants Insurance earlier today so this email stood out to me. After a few emails back and forth with Courtney Roth we found a package that fit my needs perfectly nad I went down and purchased the package. Best and easiest to work with Insurance company in town.

Been dealing with company for the past three years. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have been dealing with Jodi Pawliw. Any issue or problems, I can call or e-mail her and she is willing to help. She got me a home insurance policy to fit my needs for a reasonable price. As a bonus while everything goes up in the world, the last couple of years I been fortunate my house insurance went down.

One star is still to high of a score to rate this place. Tried doing business here late last week. Absolutely zero customer service from any of the staff. They don’t take ownership when they screw up instead they blame the client, when you ask them to phone the SGI call centre they tell you they don’t call them that you the client has to call which is totally wrong if you went to a different issuing office they have no problem calling on your behalf.
SGI should really consider pulling their business from here!!!! Absolutely pathetic service. Wish I could have rated zero stars.

I've been getting my home insurance through this broker for a few years.
The hours are great and convenient.
There are always lots of staff working so the wait is short.
The staff are courteous and professional.
If you explain your needs and concerns to them, they will do whatever they can to find a policy that meets your requirements.
I don't even live in Regina any more but still renew my policies through Smith Insurance.
