I got into a bad accident a couple months back where my truck got totalled, it was a super unfortunate loss but this company did a great job with moving the whole situation along. i was very happy with the representative at this branch, Anthony helped me through this process so much and he made this whole ordeal so much better!

I am a client of Darryl Demille 's for over 30 years. I always found the staff professional and helpful no matter who I spoke with and for any reason. Today it was Eric who helped with a policy question regarding renewal. Also a policy cancelation after selling a car. He let me know about a very good finance rate for a new car purchase if I needed it. Definitely will consider this when time to buy. Thanks

Finally have moved all my insurance to another provider. They mishandled everything I have ever had. I called to cancel a policy, which they never cancelled and I was almost sent to collections for. Everytime I called I was told somebody would look into it and was never contacted until I called again. That went on for weeks! Everytime it was something new. One time they saw I called to cancel, the next time they didn't. I wasn't aware of things having fees, was just charged without knowledge. I asked for a quote to bundle with my husband, they never bothered to send it (thankfully at this point

Dealt with an agent named Patricia who signed me up for home insurance although I only asked for quotes. They are charging me $120 for early cancellation. This is ridiculous! How do these agents not know how to effectively communicate with their clients?? I've been with them for years and years and this is how they treat me? Now I understand why everyone is leaving statefarm and soon I will be too and my husband. Worst insurance providers ever!!!!
