I have had mixed experiences, though I would say the membership perks/conditions were not communicated properly for me. I was told it is no charge, but I got charged for 2 months. Talked and got to know its a prepaid fee, you get charged every month and is credited into your account.
Good thing, management was very accommodating, did not charge membership cancellation fees, and even offered to use the remaining benefits from the membership.
So I thank them for their service!

Not a great salon for permanent hair straightening. Got it done last week and had a bad experience. My hair are still wavy and very dry, the straightening was gone after very first hair wash (which is typically after three days). The owner not even willing to see the results in person. Will not go there ever again for any hair treatment. Very bad results.

I would never recommend this place for hair straightening or any other service. Extremely bad service with zero results in permanent hair straightening. Even after multiple calls and visits they refuse to refund or correct their mistakes. Worst experience and would never recommend anyone here.

I went for my wedding mehndi to this place a week ago. I showed them the design i wanted and they said each hand it's going to cost 60$ because of the details. I agreed because i thought i will get very beautiful results with details. as you can see in the photo, they're not at all what i wanted, the designs in the center dont even match and it's almost gone after just a week! they charged me 120$ for this and it is a disaster! they weren't professional at all. the just charged a randomly high price and delivered such a horrible job, you can see the picture of the design i sowed them and the end

Went for a haircut and was pleasantly surprised at the experience. Manu, the hairdresser was such a professional. She consulted and took her time to listen to what I wanted and what would suit me best and gave me an amazing cut. Saboohi did a fantastic job with the blow dry which gave me so much volume and style! If you're looking for a hairdresser, try them and you won't be disappointed!

Recently got a hair cut from Saboohi. She gave me layers and volume without reducing my length and did such a fantastic job. I have to say....this is my new favourite place to get a haircut and I m not just saying it because I got a hair cut after almost a year and a half! I have gotten hair cuts and styling done in so many other salons including few in New York but have never been so pleased with the outcome. Even after I washed my hair and didn't bother to blow dry, the layers looked so good. Thank you very much Saboohi!

Overpriced, charged 75$ for a basic haircut.. Blow dry was like getting scalp burnt. Appointment times are not honoured, I waited over 40 mins inspite of being there on time. The one cutting my hair went away almost 6 times during my haircut to pickup calls. Covid protocols aren't followed, someone checked my temperature after I was in the salon for 40 mins.. Not going back, wouldn't recommend. There are better places that atleast are professional. The hairstylist gave tips on how I can attain the desired style which was the only good part.
