McEwen has been taking care of Murry for 10 years now. He is so comfortable with the staff. He's really attached to his family and won't go anywhere without us but he'll go into their care with no problem. He's recently had surgery and it's gone so well and he's healing wonderfully. I can't thank them enough for always looking after him.

My best friends 17 year old cat was struggling to breath, not eating, and suffering. She requested an appointment to have him laid to rest and was told they didn't have an appointment for two weeks and if she wanted to have him put down earlier to go to Princess Animal Hospital. Obviously 15 minutes of their time to euthanize a cat and stop his suffering was not hight on their priority list. Very disappointing and shows little regard for this beautiful cat and her loving owner.

Curb side drop off due to COVID. Call on arrival, then a staff will go out to ask you some questions, then take your pet inside for treatment. Once completed, you will be told the cost and the Vet will visit you outside (at a distance) to provide an inperson debrief.
