So i called to book an appointment i did get an appointment but due to some reasons couldn’t arrive on time. On the website shows closes at 9pm but when asked they said closes at 7pm. Their website is trash. Like nothing on their is up to date. Also ive called several times to get an appointment for a level 1 and they always say no level 1 hairstylist available and have to book level 2 or 3 which is higher price. I guess its an earning more tactic.

Do not go to this salon. Avoid it! Very rude and unprofessional treatment of clients. I went to this salon for a full highlight. When making the appointment by phone the receptionist asked if I need a blow dry. I clearly stated to her that I only need a rough dry and not a blow dry. I also mentioned this to the colourist when she started working on my hair. When the highlights were done, I was expecting my hair to be rough dried free of charge just like in the few other salons I have been going to in the last 15 years. I live in Newmarket and happened to be in Toronto last year and needed a haircut! I had Lin cut my hair into a bob and loved it! I waited due to Pandemic in Toronto for her to cut my hair again. The place is clean , staffs are pleasant and very professional. Ely the colourist is good and professional and Lynn the hairstylist and who cut my hair is on point in cutting my fine, limp, and thinning hair. The one who wash my hair Shakira is wonderful and even massage my head and nape as I had my migraine this time. Louise the receptionist is very nice and accomodating. Happy with the service and will come back for the service plus par excellent.

I went here to get my hair done for a wedding this weekend. What a horrible experience. I went in with a picture of what I wanted and I walked out with something different. The hairstylist was very unprofessional, my back was soaked during my wash, I was hit in the head with the hairdryer, she walked away continuously, sipping her coffee ( taking her mask off her face) in the middle of curling my hair and I was insulted by the stylist, she compared my hair to wood. I had the most wonderful experience here! All the staff are extremely friendly. I went in for a completely new look. I had really long hair and got. a lob done. My colorist Rania, was absolutely amazing. She walked me through a bunch of colors that I could pick and I finally settled with blue black. My stylist Yelena, did such a wonderful job!! Finally a stylist and haircut I'm beyond satisfied with!

Do not go to this place. I had an absolutely terrible experience. Showed a colourist a photo and she said no problem - $200 later my hair did not look like the photo at all (the bottom was slightly more blonde). Any other salon takes at least 2 hours foiling my hair - it was so clear that she was rushing as she did it under an hour. After my hair was blow dried the colourist approached me and said that she tried to get it to the colour of the photo but that it's best if I come back in a few months to fix it - what is the point of that?

I got my hair cut and coloured today. I am always so happy with the quality of service here. Alex is a colour genius who has the ability to suggest colours that compliment my skin tone and then colour my hair in the most perfect way. I love it every single time.
Claudiu gave me the perfect cut. I showed him a picture of what I wanted, and then he cut it perfectly. He is super friendly, professional, and will have a really great conversation with you as he cuts your hair. He also gave me some really good advice about how to care for my hair.

I brought my 8-year old son here on the evening before picture day to get him a spiffy new haircut. I'd taken him to a barber shop a month earlier, for a crappy cut, that had grown out enough to work with. I called in the afternoon and spoke with a friendly receptionist who booked my son with Dominic that evening. We arrived for our appointment and got comfortable in the waiting area. Came in recently and got my blonde Balayage done by a master colourist named Alex. I came across this salon on instagram and saw a lot of Alex's work on there. It took awhile to get an appointment with him but he totally knows what he's doing! I'm in love with my hair!! Got my hair cut from Sarah, she gave me a lot of layers which really helped to frame my face. Joanna at the reception desk was very accomdating, and sweet and helped me take photos of my amazing new hair style.Thank you all very much I will recommend all my friends and family to you guys!

I went here for the first time today and had a very pleasant experience with my hair cut! I wanted to donate 10 inches of my hair and then have it styled. Stephanie was very helpful as she measured my hair and made sure she wasn't cutting off too much as per my preference to keep as much length as possible. After the 10 inch chop, my hair was washed along with a nice head massage. I was offered a beverage and then Stephanie proceeded to give me a very nice layered bob cut. I was not charged extra for long hair because of the chop/donation, which I thought was very thoughtful and reasonable

I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone getting waxing done. The customer service at the front desk was terrible, they have a waiting room before you enter the "spa area" but I wasn't even offered to wait inside and sit. Instead I stood there for 15 minutes while the receptionist ignored me. I asked how much longer and she said you can come in and follow the eyebrow waxing lady who just walked away. I called the receptionist back out to see where I was supposed to go and she escorted me to the back and asked me for the third time what I was getting waxed. The eyebrow lady

I went in for a haircut here. The hair stylist rushed me and when I wanted to discuss what suited me he was like its up to you. I did not like that. He did not speak a word after that. I decided to go for bangs and then he spoke a word that I shouldn't. I still went ahead with it and it suited me a lot. I also found it over pricy I wAs told it would cost $70 but they charged me $90 just because of hair volume which does not make sense. My hair wash was rushed. He also told me to hurry up as he has other appointments just 1 min after walking in. At the end I liked the hair cut but just because

Alex is GREAT for colour! He really knows what he's doing, takes his time and does a lovely job. Helped fix a disgusting dip dye I got a few years ago and since then I love going to him for colour!
For cuts, I've had on and off experiences. I do dry cuts, and last time I went I was very unimpressed with A) having to pay $90 for a dry cut (my hair is 2 inches below my shoulders) and B) having them NOT re-straighten my hair before cutting it (despite OBVIOUS kinks??).
They do brows okay but nothing spectacular either.

I was sceptical to get an ombre done but after my first hair color appointment with Alex at Debarardinis, I am in love! He is my official color guy. I trust him completely when it comes to picking the right color for my hair and what style I should go for (streaks, highlights or ombre).
For hair cuts and styles, I have tried Claudio and Daniel - both gentleman are amazing and know how to choose the right cut for you! I usually bring a picture of what I want but I love how these gentleman personalize it and make it my own.

DeBerardinis is an excellent place to come for a nice relaxing shampoo, I guarantee you'll turn into putty while having you scalp massage done. All the stylists are excellent at what they do. They do their very best to give the style that your looking for or suggest what would look better on you based on your hair type and complextion. The girls in the spa are also excellent at what they do, wether it's a relaxing massage, waxing, threading, facials or mani's and pedi's. Enjoy a nice beverage - coffee, tea, cappiuchino or water while getting your services done.

Went here to get my birthday highlights done 2 summers ago and got this Asian girl doing my highlights. I gave her a picture of what I wanted and she told me she couldn`t do it. I asked for CHUNKY highlights and the damn girl gives me thin a** ones and I never realized til she got to the top cause she worked from the bottom so obviously I couldn`t see.
What`s worse was by the time I was walking to the chair to get my hair blow-dried, a guy walks up to me with scissors and almost snips my hair off thinking I was going to get my hair cut on top of my dye job. Thankfully my ex was there at the time
