This is the worst customer service that I have ever received. Very slow - 3 months to complete my taxes and lots of follow up phone calls. I paid $250 for my 2016 taxes. A year later while discussing my 2017 taxes, I found out that my moving expenses which was for work was not included. Even though my receipts had their own envelope and I clearly marked it on their submission form. So I had to pay an extra $100 for the refile and I was told its my fault for not reviewing it. I'm not the professional here, you are! How about you ask me to bring in more information, rather than just ignoring the

After opening my doors for business I was recommended to street tax. After nearly three months after dropping off my monthly books I still had seen no progress on my account, the receptionist couldn't give me any answers nor the the time of day. After several excuses I finally recieved my down payment back but not without them taking a portion for setting my account that they never worked on.
