I just called to ask a question about mine and my boyfriends taxes and the second lady I talked to was extremely rude and did not answer anything. I understand some things can't be answered but the attitude… over the phone is not professional. Will not be going here again or recommending this place. Would prefer a professional and friendly atmosphere.
