I was referred to Emily, healing waters by my amazing daughter Dr Jillian Wong from Opt. I was looking forward to day since the day I booked the appointment, I was not disappointed, totally enjoyed the experience. Emily was amazing, we connected right away & I never met Emily before. We talked about our experience & found we had lots in common. The massage was amazing, relaxing, I felt I would have asleep if were not talking our common. She went above and beyond, the 1 hr massage went over 1 3/4 hr, since we got talking & Emily lost track of the time.

I had an amazing time at the spa. My sister and I treated ourselves to double hammam and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a spa. I loved the hand-made scrub they used on us, and the relaxing massage with a lotion that followed. I have nothing but good things to say about the spa. Will definitely be back!

Always love coming for a 60 min massage with Emily. She is very attentive to your needs and even prescribes stretches for your after self care needs. I would definitely recommend her!
Steam room is also really enjoyable to do before any service.

My first time at this spa was spectacular! I booked a 30min aromatherapy steam (which is in a private room), followed by a 75min renewing pedicure. The staff were friendly, welcoming and it was obvious the cleaning protocols were top notch.
I’d highly recommend the private steam room with eucalyptus. It was just what I need for my asthma, as every fall I am plagued by congested lungs in the morning.
The pedicure was also amazing. They follow all the latest best practices for safe and hygienic esthetician services. No harsh heel shaving here! The treatment was gentle and relaxing.

I cant thank the staff at Healing Waters enough. The receptionist is warm and incredibly helpful. she modified a package for me to help me get exactly what I wanted. My feet have never been smoother and my skin is NEVER this hydrated. The RMT did more in 45 mins for me than I expected she could possibly! Fixed an ongoing pinch in my back and gave me great stretches to do at home. EXCEPTIONAL experience and I highly recommend. I've never had anything less than an incredible experience here. Thank you!!

Recently, I treated myself to the Signature Hammam Treatment and it was DIVINE. I had never heard of this treatment before seeing it pop up on their Instagram page a few weeks ago. I’m glad it sparked my curiosity and inspired me to try something new, because now I’m absolutely hooked!

I've been going to see Candance here for over 5 years for back waxes.
For a fundamentally unpleasant experience of ripping hair out of my back, she is very pleasant to be around. We talk about Game of Thrones or other shows and it's great to have conversation.
I've never had any skin reactions or long-term pain/redness/irritations. The business is professional and I always feel comfortable and taken care of.
She can get my entire back done in 20 minutes which is awesome.
The prices are competitive, its about $80 for the back. However, I only need to come every six weeks or

I went to Healing Waters Spa for the first time a couple weeks ago for a 1 hour massage from Emily. Right from the moment you step foot inside, it is a very welcoming and calm atmosphere! The massage itself was amazing, as was the customer service. I can’t wait to come back for other services they offer- highly recommend for anyone looking for spa treatments 😁👍🏻❤️

I live very close to this establishment, which looks so good and seems like it should be good. So I have tried it three times in seven years, always hoping that it will live up to my hopes. But it never has. I have had three pedicures here, all of which started to chip and fade almost immediately, and never looked that great to begin with, since they have only a tiny selection of limited colours of some indeterminate polish brand. The facials have just done nothing for me at all. The massages and other relaxing spa services were ok but that isn't saying much. It is so disappointing not to

I did not have a very good experience at this spa. I was given a gift card and was hesitant to use it as I couldn't decide which service to get and I do not have the extra funds to just go to a nice spa whenever I feel like it so I was really looking forward to this experience. A fabulous day at Healing Waters! I went with my mother-in-law for my birthday and we did the full day package, lunch included. The staff are attentive and friendly and the treatments felt luxurious and relaxing. The staff are very knowledgeable and will explain what they are doing as they go through each treatment. We received the Hammam Experience, facials, massages, manicure, a waxing, and pedicures. It was a full day of pampering, but not once did we feel rushed. Lunch was selected from the Artisan Bakery's menu (located only a few doors down) and it made a perfect light lunch.
