Full disclosure: I have had no interaction with this firm aside from a distasteful ad they placed in my Facebook feed. See the attached photo. Sums up personal injury attorneys perfectly in my mind. There are legitimate cases out there to be sure, but to TARGET parks and places that provide opportunities for outdoor recreation...that is a new low. These organizations are terrified of their exposure to liability and as a result they have to baby-proof and limit their offerings. Firms like this are why. I would recommend that you think about choosing a law firm that would put outdoor recreation providers

The lawyers are very kind and definitely good at what they do, highly recommend their services. Their law clerks however ... one in particular ... very stuck up, conceited and rude to clients and staff. It's hard to talk to a lawyer directly because all calls get put to their assistant or clerk before reaching them, assistants are great and friendly, just stay far away from their clerks. She is the reason I gave such a low review.
