Went to Maureen for arthritis in my neck and she could get me in within a couple of days! Clear communicator and place is easy to get to. I know the area well. She is a full hour of massage in the area you need! She has very strong hands! Warm blankets and soft music. I felt better after the first session and she has great advice on pain management and stretches. I was headache free for the first time in months. Place isn't fancy but clean is all you need!

Maureen is a wonderful Massage Therapist with decades of successful experience. I have been a client of hers for over a year now and my health has been maintained far more successfully with her services than in most other times of my life. Was hit by a drunk driver and am so thankful to have found Maureen! Not only could she see me 3 weeks sooner than any of the other 7 places I called, but she is always available the next week..no delays! The deep massage combined with her wonderful personality leaves me counting down the days to my next appointment!

Just called to speak to Maureen about a massage. First time she thought it was the doorbell and pressed 9 to let me in and then the second time she abruptly told me that there were no bookings until the new year and then hung up. I was actually looking to book in the new year.
It doesn't matter how good you may be at massage, you should probably get your customer service skills sorted first. You just lost a client, and any referrals you may have got as a result.

Today I called around Langley for a last minute appointment. The person answering the phone, Maureen, said she could treat me in 10 minutes because she had a cancellation. I arrived as quickly as I could and she did whatever she could to give me a full session. Pressure was great and afterward I felt that sloppy, lazy feeling that comes from having a good massage. Her fee is competitive.

We first discovered Maureen at her Abbotsford clinic. We were impressed with her deep and thorough treatment. She is very strong. These massages took care of tight shoulders, stiff neck and sore arms, making it possible to continue working. Massage is an important part of our health care and we appreciate Maureen's knowledge and professionalism. We also love her sense of humour. Highly recommended! (The Abbotsford location is now closed so we visit Maureen in Langley.)
