His everyday goal is to provide organizational leadership to the manufacturing and design departments at REV, with responsibility for the overall direction, coordination and operation of the departments.Starting as a graduate from the University of Alberta with Professional Engineer certification, Ray now has 25 years of experience in the electrical industry with a specialization in protection and control systems for the power industry.

The company helps guide best practices through its seat on the Workplace Electrical Safety Committee (CSA-Z462) and as a member of the Electrical Maintenance Practices Committee. REV's own full time Health and Safety Committee audits the company's internal program annually.

When I was coming out of school, REV Eng. was one of the places I applied to. They made me take this insanely hard test that even after a year of experience I cant answer all of the questions. The HR rep admitely said that most people can't nor are supposed to answer all of the questions specially recent grads.
Needless to say, i didn't get the job.
A schoolmate was telling me that he was going to apply, so I gave him a heads up on the test. He, however, was not tested and was called for an interview before he even showed them his resume.

The company I work for has utilized REV's expertise in manufacturing ,installation, and maintenance of electrical switchgear. The knowledge, quality work, and reliable support their team has provided us over the years has been absolutely incredible. Through the company I work for, Agency Lux, I worked closely with Rev in creating their Website. It was a great experience working with them as they made my job easier by being so professional and easy to communicate with. They helped me understand their business and industry so we could be sure to showcase what they are about.
