Went to Reactive Physio for the very first time on Thurs July 4th because my mom and I were involved in a major car accident; which left us with broken ribs, bruised tail bone, bad muscle spams a lot of tissue damage, and headaches. Our first appt was on Mon July 8, 10 am for my mom and 12 noon for me. We arrived 10 mins early (as instructed) and waited to be called. 10 am rolled around and my mom was taken to a room in the back and told to wait for the physio. It’s now 10:37 am and no physio. So my mom comes to the front desk to ask what’s taking so long since her appt
