Services
Joe is an enthusiastic collaborative law practitioner. He has made children a priority of his practice from the outset. He is a panel lawyer for the Office of the Children's Lawyer and the Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee.

In the past, he has sat on numerous boards of not-for-profit organizations, relating both to the promotion of arts in Canada and the support and advancement of vulnerable persons, and speaks regularly on family and estate matters.Family law and estate matters are all related to family relationships and that is how Joe approaches them.
You and your family are unique. You deserve more than a cookie-cutter template agreement. We will work with you to customize an agreement in language that is easy to understand, that reflects your individual needs and perspectives, emphasizes what is important to you and protects your interests now and in the future.
If you are not interested in litigation but would rather work together with the assistance of a neutral third party professional to reach a resolution out of court, mediation may be for you. In the mediation process, the mediator assists parties in working together to reach a mutually beneficial resolution.
Collaborative Practice is a "team" approach where everyone works together pooling knowledge, resources and ideas to create a mutually beneficial resolution for everyone. Collaborative Practice, also known as Collaborative Law and Interdisciplinary Collaborative Divorce, is a way for you to resolve disputes respectfully -- without going to court -- while working with trained professionals who are important to all areas of your life.

Linda ippalito is condescending and unprofessional with her bookings. I waited 3 weeks and still didn’t get the respect of a call and ON the day of our consult told me it wasn’t booked and in Linda’s words “you have no intention of retaining me so I suggest you find someone else.” Really professional. This law firm should not be on the Ontario referral system as they don’t care or give you the time of day unless you have money. Linda did not give me my 30 min consultation and in fact can’t even properly book time even with an assistant. Horrible law office and again I urge people
