I have started going to LiveWell recently after following my RMT, Shane Clark from Filosofi. I was so happy that Shane found a great new place to practice that is still easy to access. The staff at LiveWell have been incredibly friendly and helpful during my visits. As for Shane, I can't say enough good things about him. He has kept me mobile for a lot of years now and I would hate to be without him. He not only offers me a great and healing massage, he provides me exercises and recommendations to keep me gaining strength so that I don't injure myself as frequently. If you need a great massage

I went there starting in October 2019 and was very hopeful. Sabrina did an amazing job selling me on her service. Super friendly staff too.
She basically PROMISED she would be able to help me (I took this with a grain of salt, but I was super hopeful and optimistic that she would be able to help since I had been suffering for 4 years and was… willing to believe her).
I ended up doing 25+ adjustments over 2+ months and came out a LOT worse than when I started.
Several times throughout the process I told her that I thought that the adjustments were actually making things worse, but she convinced

On February 22, 2019, I was rear-ended by the driver of a Dodge Ram truck. My car was written off and I suffered whiplash. The following day, I started going to chiro. Regularly. To date, I have had approximately 60 adjustments. More than anything, I look forward to having my neck adjusted and hearing that ‘popping’ sound. It relieves the stiffness. Chiro has helped me. I would recommend Jason and Sabrina to those “on the fence”.

After a 4 mouth ties revison for my six week old baby, I was still experiencing painful breastfeeding and my baby seemed to really be agravated on one particulor side. Our lactation consultant could not praise Dr. Sabrina enough and although I was nervous and hesitant I decided to go check it out. Dr. Jason and Dr. Sabrina are the most kind hearted caring people I have ever met! They truly have your back! They have supported me through some very difficult times, even coming in on their day off when I was in crisis. They not only look at your spine and help with back pain but look at you holistically and provide counselling and support in leading a healthy lifestyle. They have nutrition and exercise program and often have other wellness seminars you can participate in. Even if you have non-chiropractic issues, they will help you find out the problem and will communicate any recommendations

Over the years I have received adjustments from other chiropractors, but Dr. Jason and Dr. Sabrina by far give me the best adjustment I've ever experienced. They both take the time to assess exactly what my body needs. A regular visit to the Live Well Family Health Centre is a part my routine, it's really improved my overall health and wellbeing, I feel amazing. The staff members are kind, friendly, efficient and very professional. They all seem to be in sink and get it right.

Everyone is so friendly and welcoming that I want to hang out all day (the free tea is great too!). When I began my Chiropractic journey I didn't have any serious complaints. I have, however, noticed some improvements in my everyday life. Less headaches, more energy, less colds, and I think my posture maybe just that much better - I am more aware keeping proper posture for sure.

I initially came to LiveWell to attend yoga classes and for massages during my pregnancy. Eventually I was convinced to seek Dr. Sabrina and Dr. Jason for help with back pain. They really encourage the concept of "living well" through nutrition, exercise, chiropractic care as regular maintenance of the body and as a preventative measure against the typical ailments that people are all too eager to take medication for.
