Booked a massage for my mom and I. I verified the amount that we'll be paying for both parties over the phone several times, with their main staff member.
When the massage was done and in time to pay, I got billed double the price even after I confirmed everything prior to the appointment. I was very disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism because when I confronted her, she tried to cover it up and said that I had insurance and that's why... ?
I'm sorry but if I was told a price over the phone which I verified couple times, why am I in for a surprise when I'm cashing out
