Pettinelli Mastroluisi LLP is an accounting firm with over 35 years' experience and is the business partner of choice for privately owned corporations, their shareholders and non-profit organizations throughout Hamilton and surrounding area. Founded in 1985, Pettinelli Mastroluisi LLP has grown to be one of Hamilton's largest independent local firms.
Andy has been accepted on numerous occasions as an expert witness in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. Andy has over 30 years of experience working with the owners of mid-size to large businesses in a variety of industries. He provides accounting, auditing, tax and consulting services to a wide range of privately held businesses and their owners in the manufacturing and distribution, retail, franchising and construction industries.
Tony provides accounting, auditing and consulting services to a wide variety of privately held business. He is also responsible for audit planning, fieldwork and supervising staff. In addition to overseeing audit engagements, he performs acquisition-related due diligence procedures. He has worked with hundreds of clients, resolving their daily accounting, operational and financing issues as well as satisfying their annual compliance requirements.
Andy specializes in providing tax, accounting and estate planning advisory solutions for owner managed business, their shareholders and other high net worth individuals. Since 2006, Andy has worked primarily with legal, medical and dental professionals helping them to build and manage their practices.
As a Partner of Taxation Services, Gregory provides GST/HST, corporate, personal, and estate tax services for clients. Gregory graduated from Brock University's co-op program with an Honours Bachelor of Accounting degree in 2000, receiving three awards for academic achievement. Gregory passed the 2000 National Uniform Final Evaluation, ranking 6th in Ontario and received his CPA designation in 2001.
