Pro Physio & Sport Medicine Centres loves soccer! In July, we were proud to support FC Capital United and the Mini World Cup. The event is a soccer tournament for U10 and U11 boys, with a total of 32 teams. It is played in Ottawa, yet mirrors the FIFA event for that year in every conceivable way. It is a celebration of soccer culture, competition and excellence.

Upon my return to this location, I was pleasantly surprised to find, after 2-3 years absence, a friendly face from the past....Sammie...on reception. Always smiling and happy to help me.
Since I just returned for treatment, due to my recent fall. I was introduced to a new therapist, Ilia Ferdland. He is super, has his Master degree, and helped my back pain after my first visit. However I was pain free for about 4-5 hours during my shopping spree. He also gave my exercises to do to aid in my recovery. Thank you Ilia. See you soon.

Convenient location, parking right in front of the entrance at the back of the building and excellent service all around from the time you check-in to the time you leave. My Physiotherapist Brianne was wonderful as were the Assistants who helped with my treatments. Highly recommend Bank Pro Physio for treatments.

I am a physician and I would highly recommend this clinic and in particular Chris Lang, one of the physiotherapists. All the staff are extremely friendly and supportive. I am impressed with the knowledge and skill of Chris and his physio assistants. He helped me through some tendinitis and sciatica issues.

After a back injury at work, I had physio with Amira, who was attentive, polite, friendly and funny! I looked forward to each appointment! The gentleman at the front always greeted me by name, was pleasant and polite, and everyone in the clinic was always friendly! I would recommend every single time!!!

I cannot say enough fabulous things about this clinic, highly recommend it! Have been seeing both Chris Lang and Lisa Colebrook for many years. They have treated me for osteoarthritis, plantar fasciitis and frozen shoulder. They are extremely knowledgeable and skilled therapists as well as being compassionate and great teachers. They have taught me a lot about how my body works and how to take care of it with exercises and staying active.

My mother booked an appointment for a specific physiotherapist, but when she arrived she was given a different physiotherapist. When asked why, she was told that the one she was supposed to see was getting off. I find this to be extremely unprofessional, because why would you book someone for a physiotherapist if you're not even gonna see them? We will most definitely not be returning to this location, as the customer service and professionalism is straight up terrible.

I have been going to Pro Physio @ Bank for all my sports injury physio needs over the past few years. Clean facility, amazing and welcoming front desk staff. Mike Seto does wonders with my ailments and takes the time to explain the treatments and recommended exercises. Would highly recommend him and this clinic.

I have been treated for many injuries over the years by Chris Lang, physiotherapist who has been affiliated with the Bank Street location since its inception. At the outset for each issue (and there have been too many to count!), I was professionally assessed, the results of the assessment explained to me and a treatment plan was put into place.
