Such a worst experience, being a girl, he behaved very badly and racism with me , no manners. It’s been two months, he changed my new tyres (all the four) of my car, as their is problem m, I asked him to change it, he argued with me for almost 1 hour, telling that the Tyres been changed one year back, inspite seeing the bill, but when I was continuously judging him, regarding the fault he did, he suddenly said we don’t do. He even used the words which even we can’t tell in the review. Being a established one, it’s not a good way to treat your customers, as my friend suggested this place

I've been going here a long time. Never have they been impolite. My transmission was not working. I expected the worst. Turned out the fluid lines were corroded. The supplier said the parts were on backorder until? Bentos manufactured the parts and charged barely more than original and I was back on the road under 3 hours. You decide.

This is by far the WORST shop I have ever been too.
I dropped my car off for a heat shield and picked it up with a scrape on the passenger side of my vehicle.
When I requested help they told me it was not their problem and the car was like this when dropped off.
The staff were disrespectful and walked away from me twice - also they are not 24h they close at 6 apparently - unless this was a lie as well.
Would not recommend.

Glad people are finally calling this place out for it’s price gouging and horrible treatment of people.
I started coming here just before the original owner stopped running the place himself. He was a respectful entrepreneur, who has fair and honest.
He handed the business off to a completely unqualified person.
He’s obnoxious, clearly racist and unapologetic. He’s not a business person.
Village Auto Tech is next door. A way better place, that actually has some
human decency.

Absolutely terrible service. Came to fix my brakes, they asked me to back in (I asked them to but they insisted). The mechanic guided me in and incorrectly guided me, cracking my passenger mirror.
They are refusing to help with the mirror. They won’t repair it even with epoxy or tape in the meantime, stating they don’t have that at their shop.
Additionally, they said they don’t know what’s wrong with my brakes and can’t help me with them because part shops are closed until Monday. And they won’t diagnose it until Monday either, even though they are a “24hr” shop.

Amazing customer service at Bento’s thanks to Louis. He is polite and acts in the best interest of getting you what you need fast. I needed tires urgently and Louis helped me so much. Every other place I called told me they were out of stock and ended the conversation there. Louis, on the other hand, offered to order them for me for the next day, without me even having to ask. Easy and smooth. I called about fives times (to arrange pick up and for other reasons) and he was always patient with me and willing to call whoever was needed to get the job done. At first I was so happy with the 24 hr convenience so I brought my car there 2 years in a row for winter tire change and also bought my tires through them. I decided to go to the dealership this year because my winter tires were loosing air last year and I didn’t know why. We’ll, they sold me tires that were 1inch too small and stretched them on the rim, they also stripped the bolts and lost the pressure gage that is in each tires. So now, after a $4000 bill from the dealership, I will never go to Bentos again and I highly suggest you don’t either.

I've been here a few times, they are always able to fit me in quickly and do a great job. Last trip was to patch a tire, I was able to get it fixed within a day when I couldn't get an appointment for weeks at other auto shops, and the price was even a bit less. I've always had a good experience here and will keep coming for my car maintenance.

Had a tire patched here once - handy that it was open late for emergencies, but for any real work, I don't trust them. Told me I needed a new catalytic converter which I knew wasn't the case. Got the impression that they didn't think I knew what I was talking about, so I left. Went to a muffler specialist and got it done for less than half the price that Bentos quoted with a much better attitude.
