Both mechanics working there are very trustworthy and very professional. I’ve had my Volvo checked up here several times now. They had never tried to push for services that weren’t required and they would sometimes squeeze me in for a quick checkup even though they had done a very long day. Very thankful for their help. They will always call back as promised and never just not follow up. Would highly recommend and will go to them for all my subsequent services and repairs.

Fixed my issue so I’m grateful. And everything was explained very thoroughly. What l really liked was that before even bringing my car in l called to inquire on the issue - and the owner was very helpful and offered to guide me over the phone for me to assess and possibly fix the situation myself. Makes him seem very trustworthy!
Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5, is the quoted price was way less than what l ended up paying which was annoying but l get it that happens sometimes. Also don’t like they don’t take VISA.

Sorry to say that my first experience was great, but the second not good at all. I went for a tire change and after leaving the lot, the car was shaking and unstable. Drove a block, took it back and was told that the drivetrain was probably bent? Then I noticed that the lugs on the front right hadn't been tightened. One had fallen off and the others were "hanging by a thread" I was also charged for a brake light replacement (parts and labour) which they had changed (parts and labour) three months before. Pure incompetence or a scam? I'm not sure, but if you go, only deal with Moazam the owner.

The guys at Dupont Auto Repair are amazing! They have saved me a lot of money and time over the last 6 months. Always honest, and they never charge you more than necessary.
They took my 12 year car in when had a Service Engine light go off shortly after driving from Vancouver to Toronto, and then they took a look at it again for free just so I can bring it all the way to the East Coast this summer. Taught me how to check some things on the car myself and were always readily available when I wanted to stop by and ask questions. Really lucky to have found them!

I Went to Dupont Auto Repair for the first time following all the good customer reviews and it proved to be true.
Moazam is a very reliable honest mechanic with excellent common sense troubleshooting techniques. I actually cancelled a Dealer’s appointment because I had to wait for two weeks to bring my Santa Fe in; when I called this shop Moazam responded what I wanted to hear “bring your vehicle now” and we will look at it, now that’s customer service and this is what dealers are missing.
By the way my air conditioner is running cold like never before. I would definitely recommend this

Went last December to check on a loud muffler. I took my car to them for a checkup and they let me know they'd need to replace a piece for $80 + 3 hours of labour and charged me $220. A few months later and the noise comes back. I decided to go to another mechanic recently to check on the muffler again and they showed me the hack job that this mechanic did. They put a piece of metal to temporarily hold everything together (a piece that costs no more than $10).
One thing I will say is that when I visited this place they had mentioned that the person in charge was away on vacation, so I'm not sure

I've been a client at Dupont for over 4 years. I've referred at least 15-20 of my personal clients and friends to the team at dupont and everyone like myself has had a great experience. I've owned and driven for the last 30 plus years and I have to say the owner Mozen of Dupont is the most genuine mechanic I've had the pleasure of working with.
