As a Registered Massage Therapist for over 25 years, Monika has a wealth of experience in dealing with many types of conditions. She is committed to the well-being of her clients and provides them with individualized treatment plans to optimize their health. Monika graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 1994 and is a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.

Aromatherapy is the practice of using natural oils extracted from plants to balance and promote the health of the body and mind; it makes a wonderful addition to your treatment. You can choose from a variety of oils available to enhance your massage. There are hundreds of kinds of essential oils, each with their own unique properties.
In 2018 Monika graduated from Dominion Herbal College as a Chartered Herbalist. She has been studying herbs and making herbal tea blends since a young age and is so happy to continue to do so with her new credentials and an even greater knowledge which she will continue to expand. She offers custom blended herbal teas to help in conditions such as stress, colds, insomnia, stomach upset, and more.
Monika has completed Levels 1, 2 and 3 in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and offers this healing modality to her clients. Craniosacral therapy involves a gentle, hands on approach intended to release tension and to mobilize the fluids of the body to help increase overall health.
