Red flags from the start. Made an app and the receptionist called and didn’t leave a message. Called back and she was confused. Came in and DR. SHER didn’t greet us. Slammed doors which scared my cat. I could barely understand him because of his accent. I wanted to take off certain things from my bill and he gave me attitude. They should break down prices while discussing what they’re offering. Instead I felt like they were trying to scam me into paying a bunch of things. NO COMPASSION, not professional, no decency. It does not make me feel comfortable.

Dr.Sher is one of the best vets I have come across. Listens patiently to all the issues we had about our dogs who flew from India. Takes time to answer my questions in way that I understand and in the end asks if I have any more questions. Goes an extra mile to make sure the pet is at comfort. He advices tests only if needed and doesn’t want us to spend money unnecessarily. Referred 4 of my friends and all of them are happy that they found Dr.Sher

We recently had to say goodbye to our beloved cat, Ellie, who was with us for 18-years. Dr. Sher is knowledgeable, compassionate and understanding. Throughout her illness, he gave us excellent advice and did not sugar-coat the reality of caring for a feline with chronic kidney disease. Ultimately the end-of-life decision we made was so difficult, but Dr. Sher was very patient and very empathetic. In the end, I gave back some of the unused tins of cat food and he indicated that he would donate it to other patients who are in the same situation as we were. I am overwhelmed with the professionalism, compassion, and care that our family received from Dr. Sher. I contacted him for the first time last week to ask for an estimate and opinion for surgery for my 12 year old dog. Dr. Sher was so down to earth, compassionate, and reasonable. Explained what he thought the dog needed (and what she didn’t). He also spent a significant amount of time explaining exactly what he did (post surgery) and ensuring that I had what I needed to care for her (including encouraging me to call him after hours if needed). I really can’t recommend him highly enough!
