The best vet in Brantford. Staff are very kind, compassionate, and truly care about the animals in their care. Highly recommended.

This team of amazing people helped me through the loss of my dog who unfortunately passed from health complications. They were there every step of the way and even made a donation in her name, sent us flowers and loving letters plus there genuine compassion is outstanding. I couldn't thank them enough for what they did for my family and ill always appreciate it.

I don’t ever write reviews but I think it’s worth writing one for Dr. Seguin and her team! We had a whirlwind weekend with our kitty and Dr. Seguin came in to perform surgery on her day off and kept such a great eye on him. I have been coming here for years even after our move to Kitchener. We are so grateful for all of their help and genuine care for our critters :)

The most amazing group of people who could possibly care for your pet Everyone here is patient, caring, and very understanding. Everything is explained clearly, and questions are always met with a professional answer. Rather than an anxious vet trip for my pet, he comes away happy, and safe.

Terrible overcharging clinic, my dog got hit by a car and we brought him here, not in quotes but they pretty much said, ok it’s 10g or we put him down.

Dr. Seguin is truly a gift from god. I cannot express my heartfelt gratitude enough for what she and her team did for my cat today. Having a feral cat has been very hard to earn trust, within this year having him we've never been able to see inside his mouth. It was bad. My sweet boy " Charley " was in agony, distress, just an awful mess. I had much difficulty finding ANY clinic in our area and beyond to see him today. Brantford Veterinary Clinic found a way to not only get us in, but perform emergency dental surgery. The care my cat received was exceptional. I felt it easy to put all my trust

Dr Seguin & staff here are by far the most compassionate, caring, knowledgeable & professional group I’ve ever experienced. I have been bringing my pets here since the early 90’s and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. They treat every fur baby that comes through the door as if it were their own. I can’t say enough great things about this clinic and am so grateful for the wonderful service we have received! Keep up the fantastic work ladies and thank you so much for all that you do ❤️ ⭐️x5!!!

The entire staff is so warm and kind, and it's obvious that they really care about your pet. Dr Seguin is extremely knowledgeable and gentle. No animal loves going to the vet, but the team here makes it as stress-free as possible. Kudos!

This Veterinary Clinic is the absolute best of the best with their priorities clearly being your beloved pet. The speed they work at coupled with the way they deliver medical diagnosis and options to the family is top notch. I live in Northern Ontario and have been to many vet clinics over the years. This clinic without a doubt is 1000 out of 10 for compassion and service. Please keep doing exactly what you do. Our animals depend on great people like you and so do we, the pet owner 5 +++++stars and then some !!!!

As a first-time cat owner, I could not have been more pleased with the amazing, personable service I received at the Brantford Veterinary Clinic. The staff were so friendly and Dr. Seguin was so thorough in making sure all my questions were answered and that my kitten was as comfortable as possible. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience here and I am thrilled to be a client.

The staff is welcoming and awesome with the animals. Dr Seguin is professional and wonderful with my dog. She called the next morning with the results of his blood work to tell me he was fine. They are always accommodating, they have taken care of my Meggsey since the day I adopted him ❤️

My family and I have been coming to Cathy for all our fur babies needs for as long as I can remember. Her and her team are truly amazing kind caring and compassionate! We recently lost our dog Gunner, and the team was so compassionate and understanding. They helped me feel comfortable with the emotions I was going through and gave me the time I needed to make decisions on Gunners after life care. I cannot thank these ladies enough! My family and I are truly blessed to have such an amazing and caring vet!

Although the staff and vet(s) that saw my pup the two times I went were super friendly and kind to my pets my issue is with pricing! My first visit my pup had a bill of $160 for your standard shots ... bc of his size he was recommended to come back for the next set and wes again charged $160! Due to my puppy being small they had to break up the… shots but yet charged me twice of an examination ($80+) on both visits even thought I had been there 3 weeks prior! They now wanted me to return in two weeks again to do the remainder at another $130+ visit!! I was not impressed and money isn&rsquo

I love taking my cats in to see the wonderful staff at Brantford veterinary clinic. We've been going to see them for 6 years now. When I visit they know who I am and take an interest in getting to know me and my animals. Five star service every single time ! Havens Hope is an amazing program also. We got my little Tigger threw this adoption program. He came home happy and healthy and with some toys !!

I have entrusted the care of my present 3 cats, and 2 other cats and 3 dogs I was the loving pet parent of to this clinic. Each pet always received/receives such great care, both for their yearly check ups and when there are problems. One of my cats has some major health issues which are always treated quickly with both his health and my own worries given genuine care and compassion. The entire team is great!

I love the staff at the Brantford Veterinary Clinic. They are very caring, treat my pets with great care, understanding and love. We always get great advice and guidance from them whenever our pets have been ill or had surgery. I have taken every animal I have owned to them, being patients there for over 30 years.
