Services
MJS was the 4th company in Canada to become certified by the Mechanical Service Contractors of Canada! This certification is given to companies who demonstrate professionalism and competency in several best practices. The MSCC Certified program is a national program developed in partnership with service professionals, building owners and facility managers.
Operating since 1993, the team at MJS knows mechanical contracting. We have developed processes and procedures over the years to make us more efficient, both in the office, and in the field! Daily we strive towards being better. Our adoption of the lean construction principles allows us to reduce waste and increase efficiencies.
MJS Mechanical has completed over 400 construction projects throughout Southern Alberta and BC. Our projects range from Senior Care Facilities, Schools, Boiler Replacements and Retrofits, Fire Stations, Multi-Service, Residential and Office Buildings. Big or small, we can handle it! We have built a loyal client base and always strive to meet and exceed our client expectations through our commitment, industry knowledge, and professionalism.

It strikes me how thoughtful the MJS Mechanical site managers are. They are so busy
& yet they take time to give our estimators info on the needs of their managed bldgs
(ie energy optimization & reduction of sickness/absenteeism by promoting a healthier indoor environment).
