Incredibly rude customer service. I attempted to reach them multiple times and although they claimed to have sent me an email that was never received, the person on the phone was extremely defensive and non apologetic. They also continued to be defensive and condescending about the issue I was having. I will not be going through them again, and I do not recommend this business. I paid this company 330 dollars for a one hour job, and this is the kind of response I receive….extremely unprofessional.

I had my water tank burst at the start of Easter long weekend and tried to contact over a dozen plumbing services using their website submission forms. Bridgeman Plumbing was the ONLY business to respond! And in less than 24 hours! Their responsiveness is top-notch and I would highly recommend Bridgeman Plumbing & Heating Ltd. to everyone who needs prompt help!

Big shout out to Chris, Ryan, Steve and the rest of the crew at Bridgeman Plumbing and Heating. We recently had a new furnace, tankless hot water heater and fireplace insert installed by Bridgeman. The guys were all great, very professional and super to work with. The work was done on time and we're very happy with the result. What's more, Chris said if we have any issues just to give them a call - they stand behind there work 100%. Thanks guys!

I have used Bridgeman for a variety of jobs over the past few years and have always found them to be accommodating and reliable. I am not sure where they price out compared to other places but have always felt I was getting a fair deal. When I have had a couple emergencies, they have always been able to move their schedules around and help me out.

Our water heater ruptured on a Sunday and Cris answered the call and promised to be there the next day. first thing next morning on Monday his crew showed up and installed our new system without a hitch. Had them in my home to repair a direct vented gas fireplace. They did a spectacular job replaced the regulator in my 4 year old fireplace. Did a thorough inspection of it, cleaned it and looks like new again. They are very knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done right away. Very knowledgeable. Had another company 3 weeks prior the… service tech had to go to his van for 20 min to google a series of trouble shooting steps ..... not even kidding kicked them out and called Bridgeman ! Best move ever you will forever be our first call !
