Artur, you are professional, knowledgeable, friendly (people person), Caring, trustworthy and a counsellor. I thank you for the phenomenal work you have done on me with my back injury. I have been to this office many times, The staff are professional, friendly and very accommodating. Artur, is amazing, he listens to me , he explains everything to me in detail, so I understand and addresses the area of pain and I always feel so much better after treatments. He also provides me with exercises to do at home , which helps so much.

Ten years ago my family doctor recommended I try physio therapy for pain I was experiencing in my left knee. I was lucky enough to choose the Ortho physio clinic in Etobicoke. It was there I first met Artur. He was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable and I had complete trust in his plan of care. Do not be fooled by the 5 star reviews as I was. This rehab offers $5 Tim’s cards for positive reviews. I booked a consultation at this location. I was told the fee was $100. When I arrived they informed me that I would receive a 10% discount because I was paying myself. Awesome! I thought. They assessed one out of my several problem areas and when I asked about the others they informed me I had to book a consultation for each area. This would also include an additional fee for each area. The Ontario college of physiotherapy is very clear that all fees and what they include have to be explained

The service and knowledge here is amazing. Very kind and accommodating staff. My issues were diagnosed very quickly during the assessment and everything was explained to me in detail including how the issue works and recovery exercises.

I've been receiving treatment here since July of this year after a work related motor vehicle accident. The facility is clean and maintains all health and safety guidelines. Complimentary parking is available and scheduling and rescheduling appointments are a breeze. Thank you to Anais, Jared and Arthur for the excellent care that I've received. Arthur is highly skilled and experienced therapist and I'll continue coming here until I'm fully recovered.

I truly wish I could give Ortho-Physio 10/10 stars. Artur completed a thorough initial evaluation and the treatment plan was individualized to meet my specific physio needs and personal treatment goals. I have never experienced such care from any other practice/individual in the health care world! That being said, my knee has never felt stronger, with positive changes even being noticed within the first week.
