I came in to sherway physiotherapy with a severely injured knee, multiple tendons were damaged. Jelena, treated me for a torn miniscus in my knee and back pain with laser therapy and I found her to be caring and attentive. She is very helpful and professional and truly helped reduce the pain and discomfort through her treatment. The therapy was also very relaxing and a time of restful healing. From the very first visit I felt as I finally found a knowledgeable and professional physiotherapist, that gave me hope for my recovery. I was certain that I will have to live with chronic back pain for the rest of my life. Jelena took time reading my MRI thoroughly and in detail, answering every question I had with such confidence and knowlege, that gave me a better understanding about my condition and the treatment that I will receive.

I came in with a pretty bad sports injury and was finding it very difficult to sleep at night or even walk properly. I was very reluctant to seek a health practitioner, however, after speaking with Jelena, I found her extremely professional and knowledgeable. Jelena is extremely knowledgeable and proficient. In under 1 month my tennis elbow was healed using laser treatment. Best of all was the care and time she spent at every visit with me. My customer experience was great. She even related a massage therapy session I had at another clinic with pain I was feeling and was able to treat both at once.
