Review based on my recent experience of having M&H work on a corporate amendment. Two stars for the reasons below:
1) There were a lot of errors in the amendment documents they prepared, such as wrong-spelling of shareholder name, unclear references in the amended Article of Incorporation, etc.. After I went through their work, I had to send a long email instructing all the errors to be fixed. I would expect the quality of being prudent as a basic for a law firm.
2) They never picked up the registered mail I sent and it was returned to me at the end. After they told me to send the package to
