I have had regular cleanings and a crown installed here, always exceptional service

I used to dread going to the dentist so much that when visiting my former dentist, I'd be given anti-anxiety meds before even a simple cleaning. After moving here from another province, I didn't bother trying to find a dentist until I had an issue with a tooth that left me no choice. I called the office and got an appointment the next day. I was given options on how to deal with my issue and everything was thoroughly explain. Had the procedure done within a few days. Dr Perkins phone me himself later to see how I was doing. Dr Perkins is the only dentist practicing here. Nice guy and staff. Located a few blocks from home. My wife had an implant and crown done. Sadly, He doesn't stand behind his work/outsourced product. The crown was the wrong ethnicity and caused inflamed raw taste buds and the associated pain and speech issues have remained ever since. After 3 additional visits and a year later the issue or its painfully tougue tip was not resolved. He was very resistant to replacing the incorrect front crown every step of the way. We have appointments with another to replace the defective crown at our own expense

Amazing dentist and staff! Super friendly! They were great with the kids, making sure they felt safe and calm. Very happy with every experience we have had with Apex Dental.

Dr. O was fabulous, he had a wonderful bedside manner and was extremely kind and pleasant. The practice has been taken over by Dr Perkins who clearly works very hard and cares about his patients. He’s absolutely wonderful with my toddler as well and she loves coming into see him. We love the whole staff at apex!

First dental experience where I left with more issues than I came in with. Four months later and two areas of my gums remain significantly damaged in places there were no issues prior. The dentist Dr. O did not say one word to me during the session (including introducing himself) he came in while I was unable to speak and left without a word when he was done. Unfortunately the friendliness of the reception lady just can't make up for poor dentistry and long lasting discomfort. Couldn't pay me to go back and seeking other dental treatment to fix their mistakes.

Incredible. Dr. O did a crown for me, and the work was impeccable. I've had some terrible dental experiences in the past, but Dr O put them all to rest. He was so caring and understanding, and his assistant was right there with him - it was a experience that alleviated my fears completely. The crown feels perfect. Recommended in the extreme! This is who I'll see now and in the future. I'm so glad he's so close by!

I am a dental chicken... only going in when something is drastically wrong. I went in for a badly cracked tooth. Every one listened to my fears and took them seriously. Dr O did 3 fillings and not a hint of pain. The bite was really good too, not like others I'd had where it took months to get used to the new positions. I have just had my 3rd visit and they are still taking my fears seriously. I am so glad I found these guys. I can't recommend them highly enough.
