Your First Visit Report

Your physiotherapist will then take you to the treatment room for your initial assessment. This is an opportunity for the physiotherapist to learn more about you, including understanding your pain, discomfort or injury, to assess the causes, to devise a treatment plan and to set goals with you. You will be actively involved in your treatment.

Massage Therapy Report

Our Massage Therapy treatments will enhance both your health and well-being through a variety or relaxing and therapeutic techniques, by our trained therapists. Massage therapy may be offered in combination with other treatments, customized for you, depending on your injuries. BCCC provides FREE consultations to ensure you receive the treatment that you're looking for.

Reflexology Report

Reflexology is a relaxing massage treatment that works the reflex points in your feet and hands using a holistic approach, assisting with pain and injuries. A Prenatal Massage is a great way to reduce stress and manage discomfort in a relaxing way during your pregnancy. I’ve been coming to Brampton Civic Care Centre for a few months now and have received nothing less than excellent service every time I’ve gone or have ever needed anything. The staff is phenomenal, beyond helpful, and friendly! Amongst the staff, I know I can always count in Ilana to keep me updated about any changes, to answer any questions I may have, and to be on the ball about retrieving answers for me that she may not have.
Fantastic clinic and wonderful staff!

Just wanted to say thank you guys for your great service! I was struggling with my back for several months and no one in other clinics, but Dr. Roger found my dislocated rib and fixed it in minutes. He knows what he is doing and has hands of gold. Smiling and friendly atmosphere helps to feel myself special! Thanks to the office staff, especially Ilana for help while going through the process of registration and during my appointments. Very professional and organized. Highly recommend Brampton Civic Care Centre!

Got in an accident around June, was referred to this place by a friend. Absolutely terrific people the receptionists Ilana and Princess are always so friendly and understanding. They said care of you here and actually care for their patients. Definitely recommend to anyone!

My experience so far at Brampton civic care centre has been great. The facility is clean and very welcoming. One particular staff member stood out to me the most which Melissa. She is very professional and helpful with the treatment plans. She always has pleasant and warming smile on her face.

This Clinic is the best and the staffs are so accommodating. Garima is very nice and friendly, so helpful and polite. Kerry is nice and helpful as well. Yaacov is by far the best Massage therapist. I recommend this Clinic they have been so helpful with my recovery and they deserve a 5 Star.

I always have a great time at Brampton Civic Care Centre. I feel listened to and valued as a customer. I want to specifically recommend Lena. She is very thorough, polite and treats her clients well! Great clinic with lots of talented massage therapists and physiotherapists (and many more!!) I would recommend this clinic to anyone! Great job!!!
