This man is a crook. His receptionist does not speak english and they will try to steal more money from you every month with no reasons. I was overcharged 225$ on my last month statement and they tried to blame a clerical/computer error. I have personally caught them trying to steal money from my family over 3 times in the last couple years. I'm sure they have been stealing from my elderly parents for many years without their knowledge. WOULD GIVE THIS MAN AND HIS TEAM 0/5 IF THERE WAS AN OPTION.
