Bob was very good about explaining the process and plan of action. His team arrived on time and did an excellent job with photography and videos both inside and out. The communications and updates for scheduling the showings went without a hitch. When the offers were received, Bob went over them carefully with me and enabled me to make the best decision on which one to accept. My house sold within the time frame we expected and for well above list price. I would highly recommend Bob and his team.
