Our Realtor, Aaron Mueller, was outstanding. If you are looking for realty services, residential or commercial you must give Momentum Realty a try. Our homebuying experience was a 4 month long journey, Aaron flowed with our changing circumstances, and the market. He was knowledgeable in all aspects specific to our needs. Wells and Ethan were professional for the get go. They sold our townhouse within the timeframe and estimated price range communicated. In addition they also provided assistance in staging and recommendations with some of the repair work. We also retained Momentum’s services in the purchase of our next home, which was a lengthy and at times anxious experience due to the red hot real-estate market in Metro Vancouver. We worked with Wells 2 years ago to buy our first home. He was fantastic and found us a townhouse we could fix up. We added a lot of sweat equity and Wells sat down with us this past December to discuss what we… could get. We pushed that number and Wells still got us over asking!!

We had Wells Macey as our realtor, helping us find our first detached house, and it was so much easier than expected. We didn’t lift a finger- he set up appointments, sent us all documentation electronically, and filtered through all possible homes with our best interest in mind.
