The first time I met Ron he helped me fix a hand drafted drawing that another print shop almost destroyed. Not once has there been any issues. Job quality is always great and the service is excellent. Staff was so polite and fast! The prices are so much reasonable and they don't wanna charge you crazy amounts for few pages!

Update in response to Owner's Review : Yes your Vice President did visit me, however only after I wrote this review.
My Experience with Reprodux was beyond poor and inexcusable. I would rate their customer service a 0.
I had been provided an estimate to have 2 exterior Store Front Signs refurbished. I dealt with Jason Morse, Manager for their Hamilton Location.
I had contacted 2 other companies to quote the same job, however the reason I had gone with Reprodux is because Jason had guaranteed me that the signage would only be down for 3-4 days (Take down on a Friday) and would be put back up

Reprodux's customer service is always stellar, and despite my occasional last minute/panicked requests, the team at Reprodux has always accommodated and delivered on time. Even when I think my ask is so unreasonable and will take a miracle, they somehow pull it off. They make me look good. I really couldn't do my job without them, and consider them comrades in arms ;)

Not a pleasant experience at this location... showed up at 8.10 am only to be told that the place only opens at 8.30 and printer starts at 8.30am . the site clearly says 8 am open . I returned at 8.30 am and left a cd and ask for two copies of blueprints in colour, was told to come back half hour later . 30 minutes later I get a phone call stating that two sets of blueprints in colour would cost 1100.00 and would have to get a credit card to deposit 50% ?????. I replied saying that it would be impossible so I ask for two black and white witch cost me 200,00 , Again overpriced but needed them asap

Thank-you Reprodux for your expert advise, fast service and above all, your kindness in getting our printing job completed faster than expected. Our mother had pasted away on a Tuesday and my family personally wanted to design a three-fold brochure on card stock for her Celebration of Life service. We had two and a half days to design and print the brochure. The design of the brochure was almost complete, however, there were some issues in our design we could not figure out and we needed help. Even though Reprodux was very busy the day we needed the print job completed, they never made us feel

We gave them a vehicle wrapping job, and they had to redo the job 3 times and still was not right!!!! Every time I had to deal with different person and go through the same story over and over! They are indeed a professional copy centre but far beyond being a large format marketing and advertising centre. DO NOT GO THERE!!!

Dealt with this company twice - once a rush rush job and I didn't know where else to go (large cad drawings), the second time needed next day.
Both times they offered reasonable pricing and great service (I spoke to printer, admin, customer service and quotes over the course of the two orders).
Everyone friendly, helpful and helped me navigate my way through printing large 24 x 36 technical drawings.
Two enthusiastic thumbs up and I would not hesitate to recommend Reprodux to anyone!
