My family and I have been going to this restaurant for years. We started going 30 years ago at the original location when they were across the street from Mostly Roses flower shop. Back then the food was great, good flavour and service and always served hot and prompt, what happened? I wonder if this was a family business then that then got sold to someone else? Does anyone know? The last few times I’ve been there the food was cold and the recipes seem to have changed because the food is quite bland. I use to love Pagoda restaurant on Wyandotte Road E but unfortunately they closed. Hopefully

Tried for the first time and I am sad to say very disappointed. The staff are lovely, but the food lacks flavour and was very greasy. The wonton soup was below par, hot water and wonton wrappers, no filling in the wonton at all. The steamed rice was not fresh and the rolls were average.

The staff was really nice, and the prices are very fair, but the food was sub par. Our General Taos chicken tasted like it was reheated from the night before, it was hard. None of our entrees came with rice. We ordered seafood curry and got beef curry. Our chicken balls were also hard and tasted reheated. The only thing we enjoyed was the rice vermicelli. It was delicious. Although would not order from here again.

Service isn't bad at all until your served chicken that cold and raw in your first, you ask for to cooked and get back with gelatinous sauce. Bland food. If have never had good Chinese food, and rate this high, your akin to people calling mall food authentic to a certain cuisine. It's mediocre food. When they were at their original location, they were actually really good, since moving to their current place, the quality took a nose dive. The waitstaff is nice.

I'm sorry but I think the people that rated higher than 3 forgot where they ate. 1.75 hours waiting for delivery on aTuesday. Rice tasted burnt, chicken in the veggies was very swollen and very mushy, soo guy overcooked and dry, wonton soup flavorless, beef and noodles was just awful and everything was cold. $61 down the toilet. literally! But the staff was nice? Who cares when food is junk

No rice??? Imagine going to a pub with no beer or ordering fajitas but they give you no tortilla's!!! Ordered 3 entrees and not 1 grain of rice. No one asked me if I'd like any either when I ordered. I mean how much is rice. What's Chinese without rice? It's this place

Absolute worst customer service we've experienced. Waited two hours for our food after being told "45 minutes." When I called I was hung up on for asking if my food would still be warm. When the driver showed up he said he wasn't even called until an hour and a half after our order was to be delivered. Won't ever go back and will never recommend.
