I order for Franco‘s all the time they never mess up my order but today they did I ordered one chicken Parm and veal Parm with pasta I ordered veal with penne my mother ordered chicken with spaghetti I open it I’ve got spaghetti so I called them to let him know that they kind a messed up my order the lady who picked up the phone answered was a huge sigh and a nasty tone I have ever heard Really!! Do you want us to remake it I said no I just want to call to let you guys know she goes by!! I will definitely reconsider ordering from Franco from now on maybe I’ll try koolins

Food is amazing love this place, but the drivers that deliver the food always ask for a tip that is extremely rude how they have the nerve to ask for a tip. The manager needs to talk to the drivers because it’s going to start affecting customers.

Most freshly made restaurant pizzas are pretty good, and pretty good pizza is what you get at Franco's. It's not the best pizza you've ever had, it's not the worst. It's key selling point is value: it is inexpensive and available in large sizes, making it perfect for birthday parties, pizza Fridays at work or school, family get togethers, etc.
I also like that the online menu tells you the size in inches and number of pieces (pet peeve: restaurants that just list "large pizza 22.95" and you don't know if it's 12, 14, 16 inches, round or square, or just "pepperoni pizza 18.95" and you are left

Always forgetting something, ALWAYS. This is the 3rd time I've ordered club houses and they were missing mayo when I specified I want mayo on both. Place is garbage and doesn't listen and the people who answer the phones are extremely rude. Don't eat here, waste of time and money.

Ordered the chicken northern with side of fettuccine Alfredo and another fettuccine Alfredo. The chicken northern was delicious, perfectly seasoned. The Alfredo's... Were really bland (I'm the type of person to complain things are too salty usually). The butter separated from the sauce… a lot. There was at least 3 tablespoons of butter/oil left when all the fettuccine was done.

Anything other than a 5....then try it again!. The absolute Best pizza in Windsor. And the franco-sticks are amazing!. Yes we have tried the big name pizza restaurants and the little name. For us it is Franco's. They have been consistent with their quality since I first had their pizza in the 70s.

I am a PizzaExpert and did a video review on this pizza place on YT.
Full disclosure as I used to work here but I don’t like the people who own it. So trust me when I say it’s pretty decent pizza. Very good consistency, quality and cook job.
The excess flour on bottom was even wiped off without asking. They’re using Galati Cheese and sauce is flavourful. See more on YT.

This is my favourite Italian style restaurant. The employees are so nice and helpful they make you feel at home. The staff goes above and beyond to make your experience comfortable and familiar. I had the classic spaghetti and meatballs and it tasted just like grandma use to make. The restaurant is clean and roomy.

I travel plenty for business - and I have to state that this is possibly one of the best pizza I've ever eaten anywhere across North America.

It's been awhile since I've eaten at Franco's - but I do remember that I have to compare just about every pizza I've ever eaten to Franco's because I just like the way they cook it up.

Sadly most of the places in Canada and the US don't match up in flavour to the pizza that Franco's has - and many times I just wish I could call them up and have it delivered to me across the country.

Franco's is a local staple of Windsor, and although I had moved away, when I come back, I like to come back to the local spots that are rich culture in this city. I came with a group of friends and family after a huge event we had today at the Ciociaro Club, and we we're very hungry and looking for a local spot to eat.

It had been a while since I bought a Franco's pizza. Tried it for a Thanksgiving football party and it was quite good. Not cheap, but much better than the paper thin Koolini pizza I had last time. Medium thick crust which was done correctly, lots of cheese and toppings. I will order again.

Usually francos is a good hour wait for the food delivery, so Ive become accustomed to that and lukewarm food. I like their panzerottis and the price is reasonable though so its a compromise I can tolerate. Todays delivery made it in a speedy 45 minutes. Impressive.
And that was the last good impression today.

I came here with my family. 2 of us had the Tuesday dinner buffet, it looked decent but nothing to rave about. My brother had the margarita pizza which was very good. Thin crust, lots of flavor, and cooked perfectly. I had the pasta carbonara which was okay but it was cooked incorrectly. The egg was curdled so instead of a creamy sauce, I got scrabmbled egg pasta. When I mentioned it to the waitress all she said was that it always looks like this. I've had pasta carbonara all over Windsor, Toronto, and Italy so I know it's not supposed to look like that. This review is for theirlunch buffet. There were two tables, one for salad. Another one for hot food plus some desserts. The only thing special about the salad was that they had marinated mushrooms. There is a small table where they had a pizza cut into very small slices. The pizza was not looking good, I didn't bother to try.

As for the hot food, they had meatballs, pasta, risotto, fried chicken, soup, fried fish, potatoes and veggies. Their fried chickens taste more or less like those that you can buy from grocery stores' deli department. The pasta was a disappointment, given

This is a decent resturant. Good food, not fantastic. The procing is OK too. The service could be better. Often I have gone in for a quick bite and left after 10 minutes because no one has come to take my order or achknowledge I am there.
