Would not recommend and will not return. I brought in my Polaris Robot to be repaired. They had it for 2 1/2 months and did nothing.
I called several times looking for information and was finally told they “looked at it” may 1st. Several more calls and another month goes by before they actually ordered the part it needed. Another month and a half of me calling and being told “I don’t know when it’ll be done” “try talking to this person” “parts are just taking a long time to ship” calling and leaving several unreturned voicemails before I finally went and got it. Unfixed. Only

We've moving away but I could not leave without saying thanks to the wonderful management and staff at Sunshine Pools who have provided excellent products and services to us for more than 15 years. They opened and closed our pool every season and in between guided us on maintaining water quality and keeping equipment running smoothly. Over the years I have been particularly impressed with how knowledgeable and friendly the staff are. I have no hesitation in recommending Sunshine Pools.

I have used Sunshine for the past 5 years. They take really good care of my pool. I have never had a problem with them. Their staff are super-friendly and very knowledgeable. Their prices are competitive. There are a lot of pool companies out there but only a few really good ones. Sunshine, in my opinion, is the best. I highly recommend them.

We shopped around for a new hot tub and found both the pricing and delivery timeline from Sunshine pools better than any their competition was offering. The delivery guys were superstars, maneuvering the tub down the side of our house while avoiding taking out any of the landscaping around a tight corner. Jordan the installer/tech was amazing and knowledgeable and has us all set up and ready to go. Really great service!

We booked our summer opening through Sunshine and felt ripped off. We were billed for services not performed, such as $275 for a cover cleaning when all that was done was the removal of the tarp and the folding of the tarp. $275 for 10 minutes worth of work. They charged us for service to a leak that was never solved. Still leaks today. When confronted with these discrepancies, I received no response, but the full amount was charged on my cc. Their communication was terrible. I never knew and wasn’t told when they were coming, or the status of completing work. Very overpriced and I feel scammed

I didn't have alot of time there. But I can tell you that all the staff was extremely friendly and make you feel like a valuable customer. Not just another annoying person that needs there help. As most pool service staff usually make you feel. Good job Sunshine. Oh ya!, I recommend there website. That has a pool and builder system which was very cool. It lets you design your own set up . Letting you see it and receive a quote.

I cannot recommend Sunshine Pools enough! We decided to go with Sunshine last summer to build our pool after consulting with multiple pool companies. We have a very tough backyard to fit a pool in and the project turned out better than expected. Matt Young and his pool build team were extremely professional and maintained a safe and clean work site. The pool was completed on time and on budget. One piece of advice I would give to people going through the process of looking at multiple pool quotes is not to just look at the total quote but what it actually includes, you have to compare apples to

Unfortunately I can not recommend Sunshine Pools. We moved into our new home end of June but would be overseas until September so we hired Sunshine to maintain our pool weekly for the summer.
First the positive...according to our neighbours they did in-fact come every week as scheduled.
The negative. We had a few issues come up this summer and we are completely dissatisfied with how it was handled.
We were told there was an issue with a pump and needed to be replaced. No problem, we agreed to the work but did ask about why it needed to be replaced seeing as it was a big expense and we new pool

Uncommunicative, unresponsive and did not live up to commitments.
It was two months before they even started our pool liner replacement (one month longer than they said it would be when they took our deposit). Not only did they not call us to inform us of a delay but they did not return our phone messages. Only after repeated visits to the store on our part did they finally show up to begin the job. Then they would do a bit of work and disappear again for a number of days. More unanswered phone messages and trips to the store for us. The entire job right down to getting them to do a site
