When I first moved into the area I started going to this dental office in the Coquitlam mall after being one of their patients for approximately seven years I never encountered any issues with them during that point
My husband had some horrific gum surgery done at this office and the way they handled the experience was very odd and extremely unprofessional. After being customers of theirs for seven years
They did not even have the decency to answer our phone calls until my husband wrote in an email to their office which then took them nine days to respond.
As a result my husband let the Dentist

This review has been a long time coming. After 7 years of patronage at this office, I finally decided to take this dentist’s advice and get crowns. The top set was done and they look amazing. In order to get the bottom set completed the dentist recommended I get a gum graft. He told me to go through his in house surgeon in order to save at least 30% on the cost as this particular surgeon was educated in Iran (after paying over 2,000$ I would later learn that he costs 20$ more then a periodontist… so no savings at all) This individual caused an incredible amount of pain to my mouth. This dentist is the worst dentist ever. Because we had insurance she asked us to pay more because of our insurance. The dentist was very rude and disrespectful. The staff were so angry and when we asked them a question they would yell at us. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone very bad. They charged so much and didn’t do the work done. We paid 140 and she just used a sharp tool to clean my tooth in 5 minutes she charged 140 for that? Is that acceptable?

Twice, I have enjoyed exceptional service from the dental assistants, receptionists, and Dr. Yousefi when I had extractions and surgery at AARK. Their friendliness, professionalism, afterservice care and follow-up are 100% and I recommend them without any hesitation. They definitely go the exta mile. Thank you!

It’s been 2 years that my wife, my daughter and I are visiting Aark Dental for our dental works (cleaning, filling, extraction, crown, surgery, implant, etc.). Each time we visit the office we are amazed by the quality of services that we receive from the entire team: Dr. Yousefi, his dental assistants, the dental hygienist Bahar, and the front desk staff.
When we first visited the office in 2019, Dr. Yousefi proceeded with a thorough examination of our teeth and provided us with a complete and clear treatment plan. Now after 2 years and multiple treatment sessions we can say with confidence

Be careful, Extremely frustrated.
Signed up with them because of how nice and amazing they were. Later found out their business model is to use all of your coverage as fast as possible by charging higher prices and offering unnecessary procedures then dumping you to the side. Prices are definitely higher than most dentists. Beware the wolf in sheep’s clothing.after that they are not commitment and tell you should be better if you find another doctor and another office even though they charge you for adjustment.

Awesome visit. The front desk staff are very polite and friendly and made me feel welcome upon first meeting them. I had a great visit and felt the dentist and dental assistant were very professional and had done their job very well. I would recommend for anyone to make AARK Dental their permanent dentist.

Crooks. They are guaranteed to find something wrong and then mis-use their medical position to ferang you into many x-rays and other procedures. Completely unprofessional and condescending.
Don't go anywhere near them. In the process of filing a complaint to get them shut down.
Go see them if you want to get ripped off and have your teeth damaged.
