He founded Clarke Immigration Law to serve clients based on strong Canadian values. Alastair provides legal assistance in all areas of immigration and refugee law. Heavenly was born in the Philippines and raised in the United States.

In 2015, we assisted a Burundi national who faced a deportation date. When the client first contacted our office, we submitted a Deferral Request to Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) with more than 50 pages of materials outlined the risk our client would face if returned to a country in a de facto civil war.

Mr. Clarke is THE BEST immigration lawyer in Winnipeg. This firm knows what they are doing and do their job extremely well. I had a complicated PR case and my PR was on the verge of getting refused but thank God that I went to see Mr. Clarke on time. All of their office staff is also very professional and knowledgeable. I had dealt with another Immigration Consultant before but they were nowhere as professional and didn't pay attention to the most important part of my application, the Employment Letter due to which my PR was on the verge of getting refused but Clarke Law SAVED
