I paid to have my hair done for a gala fundraiser and Will got too busy with other clients. I ended up with only loosely curled hair from his assistant. At this fundraiser, I had gotten him a promotional spot… as his salon was just opening. After being a loyal client for years and sending customers to him, it was very disappointing.
