Took forever to respond to my request for service.
Eventually, they came and repaired a cracked pan in a ceiling port-a-pac unit using silicone only to have more water damage done on our ceiling again a few days later.
$400 spent for silicone and NO results.
I asked for a quote for a supplementary backup overflow tray and after getting no response for days, I told them to disregard my request and had it done by another company.
Very disappointed after using them for my annual service for almost 20 years.

We have been using D&C for a lot of years, and they are the most informed about HVAC. We have at time used other vendors but they don't seem to have the complete vision that D&C does. We were on holidays and our furnace went out and needed replacing, Andrew was very responsive, even on a Saturday evening. Our flight was cancelled and we had to move our installation back a day, D&C accommodated us. Great Job!

Robert from Davenport-Campbell very capably assessed my Mitsubishi AC system and identified a crucial flaw made by those who installed it. He was very professional in fixing what he could and outlining my go-forward options. Andrew at their head office was fair in regards to billing and everyone I dealt with was very friendly and service oriented. I would recommend them to you as your BEST option (beware of those who might present themselves as the CHEAPEST option... in my case, as in most cases, the cheapest option rarely saves you money)

You know how every business always says they are the best...well the only way to really know who is best...is to see what clients that have used their service say. Davenport-Campbell are the real deal. We had to change 2 furnaces, 2 air conditioners, 2 air cleaners, 2 humidifiers and 2 thermostats. I was agonizing about what we needed and who… should be trusted to do it. I checked, I interviewed, I got confused. I worried about what I didn't know and all the kinks that could happen. I stressed about Who was Knowledgeable, Who had the Best people, who seemed the most Sincere. In the end I

100% happy with Davenport-Campbell! Thank you so much to Andrew and his team for taking care of my furnace and air conditioning needs for many years. I am always impressed by how quickly my messages are returned if there is a problem (e.g. this morning I needed a new filter as I had not changed it in over a year....quick fix but I didn't know what the problem was). The technicians are prompt (come when they say they are going to come), respectful (took their boots off immediately after entering my home), efficient, and explain things well when I have questions. Thank you!

This company installed our very large space pack air conditioner about 25 years ago - maybe more. They also replaced the original cooling unit a few of years ago.
I have always had our system serviced with Davenport Campbell. Annually.
For the past several years every time the temperature goes above 30°, the unit shuts off. I have complained to the service people about it and they have actually said:
1. They fixed it (they didn't. It continued to do the same thing)
2. We keep the cooling temperature too low (it made no difference what temp we kept it at)
3. When it gets too hot, it's normal
