They have very poor customer service and the two ladies who answered the phones were very snotty. I placed a service call and the Tech never showed up. So I had to call back. The attitude displayed by this company was highly unprofessional and I choose not to work with them just by the way I was treated by the phone staff and the tardiness of the Tech.
