Staff were very friendly. I went for a wash and blow dry with Cindy and it was terrible, didn't even stay in 2 hours. Asked for a round manicure and got square, they weren't even shaped right (too much filed on onside) done by Justice. No one wore gloves. You couldn't tell if pedicure basin had been clean or not as they taken basin in either room. Staff also work on reception area as well doing customers, not a good sign. The problem is with the manager who's attitude is disgusting, she doesn't care and is hardly ever there according to staff. I was willing to stay as a

Terrible haircut. Avoid Joe. He did my cut in 1/2 the time other stylists take and the end result is that it looks like he did the cut with his eyes closed. One side is so uneven it is beyond repair. I don't know what to do with this disaster of a cut other than to warn other people.

I needed to go to a spa last minute on a Sunday and called this place in, happy to find out thy were open. Though I was a walkin and they were going to close in an hour they took me. The aesthetician Was so nice she stayed 35mins after closing to finish the services and ensure she did a great job.

It doesn't seem like it from the building and lobby, but it really beautiful and spacious inside the spa.

I got a really nice manicure and clean wax job.

I also bought conditioner and shampoo at checkout and received a free opi nail polish! Will definitely come back!
