Im a lifetime client of Dr Mackenzie (nearly 30 years now) and have always got the very best quality for dental fillings extractions and an implant. This office also does excellent work with children who are nervous about their procedure. The administrative staff are some of the best at their specialty as well. Thanks DrGreg

Called & made an appointment for a tooth i have falling apart. Today the day before my appointment they asked if i could come in earlier which i accepted. A few hours later i get another call basically telling me they cant fix my tooth until sometime in February. (If there is a tooth left to fix). Anyways. I’ve waited a few weeks for the original… appointment and my tooth has broken off a bit since then. I had to take a day off of work for this appointment. Which costs me money. & I don’t feel the costumer service that some of you may say you have. This place is not dependable

From the moment I arrived and spoke with Sue out front (who worked her darnedest to get me an earlier appointment, to Jessica -dental hygienist and Dr. Macsween who educated me regarding my future dental needs, explaining through the x-rays which he shared, the experience was stellar.

Dr. MacSween is more than a 5 star rating for several reasons. He cares about his clients. He puts his clients need first. He is very honest and straight to the point. He will never steer you wrong. He always makes sure his clients are satified. Furthermore, I would reccomend him to anyone who is afraid of Dentist or just needs a dentist.

Hands Down the best dental clinic around. I've been a patient of Dr. Scott Maclean ever since I was old enough to go to the dentist! The other dentists at Trimac are also extremely friendly and professional in their work, quite the opposite of how most people would describe a trip to the dentist. Dr. Scott treats his patients with great respect and it really shows that he truly cares. Highly recommended!

Dr. Maclean's(sp?) services went above and beyond what I ever expected. The staff there are delightful and never once made me feel intimidated. I didn't feel guilty about my poor dental hygiene; they worked with me to make things better instead if dwelling on the past. Very excited to start my "new teeth journey" with Trimac.

The folks at Trimac have been serving me for three years, and every dental visit is really awesome. (Yeah, I know - strong language. But it's true!)
The hygenists are skilled and very caring, the dentists are kind and friendly and always compliment me, so that's enough to happily keep me coming back.

I know 5 stars for a dentist? But it's so true! I'm one of those people who's afraid of just about everything, especially the prospect of having to have dental work done. I see Dr. Russell MacSween, and he is so great at putting me at ease. He is also so gentle you can hardly even tell he's checking your teeth. Even the hygienists I have seen have been very friendly and great to deal with. I would definitely recommend Dr. MacSween to anyone who is looking for a new dentist in the Halifax area.
