I approached Zinati Kay earlier this year for a quote to assist with the formalization of a mortgage discharge. Unlike other firms I approached, I found John Zinati to be honest in his initial assessment of my situation and reasonable and fair in his fee quote. While ultimately nothing needed to be done from his side as the mortgage discharge was fully handled by the bank, John still pro-actively offered to review and confirm correspondence from the bank confirming no action was needed and did not ask for any compensation. I'm very impressed with this law firm and their closing special of $999. They delivered top quality service and tried to accommodate everywhere they could. We had to ask for two extensions on closing and Cathy went above and beyond to get the approval. John Zinati is a very approachable and helpful lawyer. Amazing Service! I worked with Karen who is immensely helpful and knowledgeable and was available to answer all my questions in a timely manner. I am a foreigner. Zinati Kay was introduced to me by my mortgage broker. From the very first John and his staff were very diligently and efficiently; first reviewing all contracts and documents for the assignment, then the occupancy date and lastly the Title Transfer Date all these three purchase phases met the exigent due dates set up from the builder.
