The CPA PEP is designed to meet the needs of industry, government and public practice and provide you with the knowledge and skills to succeed in whatever role or position you take on in your career. The focus is primarily on enhancing your ability to apply professional knowledge, values, ethics and attitudes in a professional context.
To earn the CPA designation, you must complete the Practical Experience Requirements (PER) in addition to the education requirements. Regardless of the route you choose, you are required to complete a minimum of 30 months of relevant practical experience and develop both technical and enabling competencies as per the CPA Competency Map.
