I have been looking for a stylist and id seemed like a decent salon so I took a chance - all I asked for was a straight cut with no layers. I left feeling ...fine - we took a lot off but I was okay with it and it was freshly blow dried so I didn't mind. It wasn't until I washed it, let it air dry and went into work when a coworker of mine mentioned the choppiness, so I took a closer look and realized that it's not salvageable without taking ANOTHER two inches off (we took off about 5- it was supposed to be less but I noticed it was completely uneven in the chair)

Went in for a consult and was given a guaranteed price. Arrived a couple of weeks later for the appointment and asked if im still doing the same thing and said yes. The whole time the stylists children were running around bothering every client one clients was doing most of the childcare. Had my hair coloured and styled very quickly as the stylist kept saying she was going away for the weekend. Time to pay and I was charged almost double what I was quoted!!!! I left salon and stylist ran out with her child immediately after. 1 week later my colour was gone...vanished...called salon and they offered

Was so excited to get back to ID Hair Studio after many months. As always I was pleasantly greeted and entire appt met with safe Covid protocols. Had some good catchup chats with Bobbi while she cut and styled my hair. Excellent advice given as I am transitioning to new colour tones. I would highly recommend the ID Hair Studio Professional friendly team.

My experience with I.D. Salon has been very unprofessional, rushed, and the result is horrible.
I had my hair dyed. First, they called me on the day of to say that they are running 20 mins late. I am working on a very tight schedule myself and 20 mins is a long time. Second, as I showed the colour that I want, the colourist did not even spend 30 seconds looking at the photo. By record, this is the fastest and very rushed consultation for hair colour that I ever had. Third, she just kept leaving without excusing herself to who knows where. I was left guessing where in the process of hair dyeing

I noticed ID Hair salon was featured on "3 Best Hair Salons" website so I thought I would just choose them, WRONG CHOICE for me!
I had lost contact with my regular stylist because I let my hair grow out natural so I was hoping to find a permanent salon to go to again.
I was offered a drink and my coat was taken, which is great but that is not what interested me, as I was looking for results not pleasantries. The establishment was clean and very busy and the girl who shampooed my hair was gentle and friendly.
Taunya Markus did my colour and she seemed to be very rushed by informing
