Siteline Group
Multi-family residential properties are a highly desirable asset class. We leverage our SiteLine Transformation Program to help our investors achieve superior risk adjusted returns. At SiteLine, we take a hands-on approach as asset and property manager for our commercial buildings, ensuring the value of each property is maximized.

Our core values of integrity, accountability and transparency - along with our experienced team - are your advantage. SiteLine was founded in 2005 committed from the beginning to its role as a steward of its investors' capital focused primarily on commercial property management.
Services
After starting his career in a number of real estate ventures, Josh Silber founded SiteLine in 2005 and at that time was focused on acquiring and managing commercial properties on behalf of investors. SiteLine was founded on the guiding principles of trust, transparency and accountability to investors - putting its capital at risk alongside its partners to ensure alignment of interest in every deal.
In Canada, multi-family residential buildings are a highly sought-after asset class that has historically maintained its value through numerous economic cycles. SiteLine focuses on properties situated in key markets throughout the country. As a result, the industry continues to experience both low vacancy rates and demand for quality units.
SiteLine's commercial real estate activities focus on retail properties located in the Greater Toronto Area and strategically throughout Ontario. This desirable asset class - with strong oversight - provides investors with sustainable long-term returns. The "right tenants" are ones that can attract and maintain a high volume of traffic to the property, with strong businesses and financial capability.
Transparency plays a big role in the way we do business at SiteLine. The way we approach investor reporting is one of the elements our partners love most about working with us. More than ever, sustainability is top of mind for multi-family and commercial real estate investing. At SiteLine, we do our part to ensure that we minimize the carbon footprint of the properties we own and operate.
At SiteLine, we believe that transparency is crucial in all of our day to day activities with our partners. Our team works closely with each investor to ensure they get the exact information needed, when they need it - in clear and straightforward terms.

While investment reporting has become quite commoditized in the industry, we understand that preferences can be particular to each investor, and wherever possible we modify format and frequency to meet investor needs.SiteLine investors enjoy quick and easy access to portfolio information at their request and we are always looking to our investors for feedback so that we can meet their needs as they evolve.

Don't buy home from this developer.
Unprofessional builder. We bought one of the semi detached units from the "Esta Garden" development at Bayview and 16th ave. they delayed it for almost 3 years. When we moved in, there was a lot of deficiencies. We had a hard time dealing with their project manager .
Very poor quality job. They are dishonest, rude, and unprofessional!

For all future customers or business partners, stay away from these people. They are liars and cheaters. Without going into too much details on here, dealing with them is like walking into a car dealership, they will show you a BMW, you pay full price for said BMW, but the car that they actually deliver to you is a Hyundai. When you demand that they deliver what was shown and promised, they would say they can't make a BMW, Hyundai is all they can make. They would also say that the Hyundai complies with all road safety codes, so you much accept it and they refuse to accept responsibilities.
