I have visited this facility twice, once to get my permanent upper eyeliner and then my lower line. I cannot stress enough about the beautiful job done by Behrokh - such beautiful and neat work. The price is right and the staff and ambiance is beautiful. I would highly recommend this place.

I walked into the salon today looking for a hair makeover and I was lucky enough to have Veronica take care of me.
She was professional and thoughtful. My colour turned out amazing and she was enjoyable to be around.
Hamid works at the front and overseas everything, he’s always friendly and happy to help.

When i walked in yesterday. I asked how much do i have to pay for the hair that i wanted for my short hair. They told me $200 i said yes. They gave me a new hair stylist and did a lousy job for my hair highlights. You cant even see the highlights by looking at the front. And when its time to pay the owner charge me $260 for a short hair. Wow! What a terrible experienced!

This is by far the WORST hair salon ever. The customer service is terrible. They are crooks! I have been going here for 2 years and i have been paying $50 every time. I booked a haircut for yesterday and i asked the man on the phone if it is still $50 and he said yes. I go and they charge me $67. I explained that i was told $50 and he said "we raised the prices" well then don't tell me $50 and charge me more. I have NO issues paying $67 for a ladies haircut as that is a standard fair price these days. What i DO NOT appreciate is being lied to, all he said to say was "unfortunately $50 cannot be

I didn't get the person I booked my appointment with. I was told upon arrival that that person no longer does haircuts! So disappointed as I had been getting my cut from her all along.
There's favouritism: People who get their hair color done are treated with better customer service compared to people getting hair cuts. I didn't feel welcomed in this place.
There's secrecy: they were not open about the price and they tried to charge me more during payment.
The quality of service: the person cutting my hair was not as experienced as what I came for. Her hands were shaking when cutting my hair

After the long covid lockdown, I was excited that the salons were finally opened. The first thing I wanted was a haircut and highlights for my hair. Lab salon was love at first sight (literally). When I and my friend went there for our hair cut, we met Leila. She was so friendly and understood what we wanted for our hair. She quickly gave me a beautiful highlights for my hair. The people here are nice but... I would not recommend getting any nail services here. I came desperately for a gel removal and shellac application. The lady burned my nails while grinding them down. The paint job is horrible and one nail already fully chipped off! The lady was nice but I should've paid closer attention to the service and guided her...... I am very upset. Should've done them myself.

I went for an underarm and full arm wax at this establishment a couple days ago. I found them through Yelp and looked at their website for prices and saw that it would have come out to $35 so I booked an hour prior. They took me in with no problems and I was waxed by Niloofar. She did a decent job and made nice conversation.
However when I cashed out the bill came out to a whopping $75! For underarm and full arm. I immediately complained and told the man cashing me out that the website said $35 as is evident in the screen capture. He said he understood my situation and gave me a $10 discount

I had waxing done here couple of years ago, it was done horribly I have to comment. It seemed like the lady did not know which direction my hair grows (My waxing is easy, I never had any problems)so what she end up doing was she applied whichever direction and she pulled the stripe wrong direction and she tried with other direction many times. And of course she pulled my skin too, it was burning afterward. I felt like she was testing me.

I went there yesterday, I had a haircut it was nice, then I had a waxing to remove hair from around my eyes. The lady in the waxing station burned my face with the wax.
Not sure how long the mark is going to stay on my face!!!
She convinced me to do laser to remove the hair in my face, and gave me discount.
I guess after the incident, I can't trust her with my face anymore..
(Edit: sorry I forgot to mention this was not the first time I wax my face, I have been doing that for the last six years)

WORST HAIR SALON IN NORTH YORK!!!
Worst experience I have had in all my 37 years. I went in on Sunday afternoon with pictures. I showed the stylist Laila (who is also the owner). She told me she is an expert and I trusted her to do my hair as the picture showed (balayage transitioning naturally from dark brown to very light blonde). I was in the chair for about 3 hours at the end she styled and curled. It cost over $350.00. That evening I went out, when I came home I washed and brushed my hair not really paying much attention. When I woke up in the morning I realized my hair was 2 distinct colours

Very extremely disappointed. Went to get a set put on. The inexperienced nail tech who took over four hours to put them on was rude and annoying, acting like she was doing you a favour. To make things worse the nails were all crooked and bumpy and the design she did was terrible. My five year old sister I don't have would have done better. The prices were ridiculous I was quoted 25, but the nail tech made a mistake and didn't know what a gel set was and started a manicure first and than charged me for both. I go back the next day. I complain. She fixed it. They were still terrible but

I walked in here and have been a regular ever since, I get fantastic barber style cuts from an older gentleman named Pepito. He really does a great and very thorough job, at a reasonable price. Ever since he gave me a haircut, I can no longer go back to my usual barber. If you're a man, ask for Pepito! Also, the owner always seems quite jovial and happy, which is nice.

For the love of your hair, please DO NOT GO into this place!!! Venture far and STEER CLEAR!!! You've been warned!!! I was browsing a few locations for make up and hair for a family wedding the next day. Due to time constraint and schedule particularly traveling out of town with a baby, I found it easier to pay to get it done. Two lovely ladies and I wished to partake in a girls day. Of course, after calling around, we found a place that would accommodate three people at once. This was a specific request and had already rejected two spas because they could not take us all at the same time.
